Coffee Review

First of all, I would like to mention that brewing pour over coffee is time consuming and difficult so for those of you who are struggling with busy schedule, I have an alternate method of brewing coffee which is effective but a little pricey to be honest with you. However, all you need is water and coffee pods which will eventually save you time and money over long run.

Let me introduce you to this Keurig K-Elite Coffee Maker which is easy, convenient and easy to maintain! First let me go over some features of this machine:

  • Coffee in no time: This machine brews k-cup pods in under a minute.
  • Large 75 ounces water reservoir: Allows you to brew 8 cups before having to refill, saving you time and simplifying your morning routine; removable reservoir makes refilling easy
  • Removable drip tray: Accommodates travel mugs upto 7.2 inches tall and holds a full accidental brew for easy cleanup
  • Brewer maintenance reminder: Alerts you when it is time to descale your coffee maker; Descaling is an important process that removes built up calcium deposits, ensuring the best tasting brew possible
  • Quiet brew technology: Minimizes noise when the coffee maker is in use
  • Beverages: Brews coffee, tea, hot cocoa, specialty, and iced beverages.

Brian’s Score: 4.8/5

Just like anything in life, this type of coffee brewing has its own drawbacks. For example, k-cup small coffee pods are necessary to brew coffee and they cost money. But if you really think about it, a regular cup of coffee at any Starbucks location costs $2.25 in California right now for small. For these pods, you are paying about $.50 each for really great coffee so even though you will have to spend money on pods, eventually you will save money over time.

This Keurig machine costs under $200 and you will be treating yourself to shop level coffee quality every time if not better! There is also another type of coffee maker which is ultra high priced but I really think this machine does good enough job.

So let’s get to the pods. Obviously, every person has his or her favorite coffee taste so I cannot tell you which coffee is better than the other. However, out of all the coffee pods I tried, I like these two which I am about to show you.

They are fair trade and organic certified. So when it comes to quality, these are second to none. Moreover, this coffee tastes really fresh. There are different options of boxes which come with different pod counts. If you do the math, these pods are around $.50 per one if you add tax so it is great bargain nonetheless. You can pick these up at any Costco locations or order them online through Amazon. My other favorite is Peet’s.

Peet’s coffee offers fresh high quality coffee and if you have a chance to visit any of Peet’s coffee locations in Southern California, you are definitely in for a treat. Vibe is friendly and all the workers there eventually become a great friend of yours over time. Not only that, Peet’s coffee offers consistent high quality taste which is representative of a solid well run American company. So I personally suggest our readers to try any of Peet’s coffee because they really taste great.

I also took some pictures at Larchmont Peet’s in Los Angeles. Check them out. As you can see, Peet’s coffee in Larchmont Los Angeles provides ultra friendly atmosphere with plenty to see around. So I suggest you find out what your favorite type of coffee is and visit one of these places to get the full hands on experience.

Best Review: The same number of genuine espresso consumers know, 80% of Blue Mountain espresso goes to Japan. Japanese love espresso. They spend numerous hours in little bistros getting a charge out of espresso and different treats. Along these lines, I was acquainted with Blue Mountain 30 years prior while I was in Japan. Regardless I recall its smooth taste when I had it in Japan. I got the desire to get Blue Mountain again yet I couldn’t discover it in close-by bistros. Along these lines, I requested it from Amazon however exceptionally suspicious since there were many Blue recorded from low to high costs. I picked the one with most elevated survey rating – not for cost but rather for taste. I got the bundle. Decent sweet broiled flavor rose as I opened the bundle. I attempted with French Press first however I didn’t get sweet sleek taste I recall. Next, I utilized Cuisinart Grind and Brew (for one cup). It drudgeries beans to fine powder and trickles all around gradually for around 3 minutes. The Blue Mountain taste woke up as I recollect and likely far and away superior. I utilized a similar espresso channel (subsequent to evacuating past espresso grinds) for the subsequent cup. In all honesty, it improved espresso because of slower dribbling, around 4 minutes. It takes experimentation to make an incredible mug of espresso. I’ll pound better for French press next time. I stretch out my thankfulness to Amazon and Volcanica Coffee to bring extraordinary espresso back for me.
