It is even lower than hatred and rage. The news we watch from media is always about killing, murder and death which causes fear, grief, anxiety and depression. As a result, it is impossible to stay at a high vibratory scale if you follow the worldly pattern.

The best thing you can do or I do in order to get out of depression is to find something to be grateful for. It doesn’t need to be something grandiose. It can be something as simple as having food to eat or grateful for being able to walk and see the trees. If you don’t know how to get out of funk, try this grateful technique and your vibration will change in no time. Always remember that you are loved and beautiful. They don’t want you to connect with your higher self or the universe. It always starts from within. You are special but they don’t want you to know that.
